Choose the right car based on number of passengers and luggage. For example, Alphard (7 seats), Hiace (10 seats) or economy MPV.

2. Fill in Details

Fill in basic information online and complete payment. Before departure, our staff will confirm your rental details via Email.

3. Airport Pickup Service

Upon arrival at Fukuoka Airport, enjoy free shuttle service to the pick-up area. Our staff will guide you through the vehicle usage.

Can foreign visitors drive in Japan using their driver's license?

To legally drive in Japan, foreign visitors must possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention or a Japanese translation of their driver’s license issued by JAF (Japan Automobile Federation).

Please verify your home country’s eligibility before traveling, and ensure that both your original license and IDP/translation are presented at the time of vehicle collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please note that local e-wallets or cash are not available for online payments.

How can I cancel my booking? Are there cancellation fees?

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or social media (such as WhatsApp or WeChat) and provide your booking number.

Cancellation policy:
• On the rental day → 100% of the fee will be charged
• 1 day before → 50% charge
• 1–3 days before → 30% charge
• More than 3 days in advance → Free cancellation

Should your flight be delayed or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.

Can I pick up the car directly at the airport?
